Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, surrounded by the stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the serene Puget Sound, I draw inspiration from nature and the stories that bind us.

With years of experience as a dietitian and community health awareness program developer, I have dedicated my career to enhancing well-being and fostering connections among individuals. As a professional storyteller and a proud grandmother of five, I cherish the opportunity to help close the generation gap between grandmothers and their granddaughters, united by love.

My programs focus on themes like "United By Love" and "Harriet Tubman: Love in Action." Through these themes, I empower women and girls to embrace their shared stories and build meaningful relationships. As a trained Teaching Artist, I engage participants with creativity and heart, guiding them to express themselves while celebrating the love between generations.
