This is a great book for kids and adults. It is simple , concise and it has a journal that helps you reflect on the reading/s.
I heard about it when I attended a NSBE dinner and I can see why the speaker thought it was worthwhile for
all of us to read it. Harriet Tubman persevered despite all odds she is a tremendous leader and she did leave a great legacy
for everyone to follow. Karol Brown did a fantastic job at capturing her spirit and message.
